Several opportunities are available for teachers to receive funding to increase agriculture based learning in their classrooms. These nation-wide organizations offer varying amounts of funding, each for different types of projects.

White Reinhardt-American Farm Bureau's Foundation for Agriculture

This offers County Farm Bureaus funding opportunities to partner with local schools to increase agriculture literacy in their communities.

National Agriculture in the Classroom Grants and Scholarships

Our national organization offers grants and scholarships for classroom learning as well as national conference attendance. Classroom grants are available to teachers grades K-12 to use agriculture concepts to teach required subject content.

America's Farmers Grow Communities and Rural Education

Partner with local farmers to apply for large grants to enhance science and math education in your school. In 2016, seven Michigan schools received a combined $85,000 from this program!
